Cleanup Day at Coleman State Park

Cleanup Day has been scheduled for Saturday, May 5. As part of our contract with the State, we must help prepare the grounds for the coming season. Conditions are pretty good, so a decent turnout will only need 1/2 day. We will also finish our cleanup of the Clubhouse grounds followed by a nice lunch followed by an open Board of Director’s Meeting.
Work will begin at 8:30.

Please email Kevin@ladrew.com or DiDrew@hughes.net if you plan to come some that we can prepare lunch.

Thank You For a Good Season

Despite the lack of snow south of SDR country, we had a complete winter season with some great riding. Spring did hit us hard and we did have to close up the trails a couple weeks earlier than normal. Still, we had lots of traffic and hope to see you up at the Warming Hut again next year.

Spring cleanup remains for mid-May. Please check on this site for updates as we get closer to that time.

Remember….. Your participation is vital to the success of the club. Membership dues don’t build bridges. Membership dues don’t operate the Warming Hut. Member’s time makes it happen. STAY INVOLVED.

To the men who were at the Warming Hut Saturday late, we found your gloves. Call to arrange pickup/ delivery.
-Set of keys with a Kawasaki tag

Lake was active with Rave X, Vintage racing, and Trax Demos

MANY, MANY THANKS to our volunteers that helped make the event a safe and family friendly success. From entry gate attendants to food tent workers to our overall runners, the event isn’t possible without your help.

All factories were happy with the public participation and the Vintage Race was a nice addition. Helicopter Rides were very popular as was the kiddie rides on Saturday and the Antique sled owners were taking their machines out often for a ride around the lake.

Thank you to the National Guard for their participation and service to our country.

The 4-5 planners and primary workers will take a breather for a couple weeks and then begin discussing the future. A pile of work for a handful of people. New faces are needed.

Warming Hut

The Warming Hut will OPEN JAN 2 for the Season. We are open Sat / Sun 7:30 to 4.

Warm up in our fully heated and licensed dining room. A big fire will great you on the coldest days. Bathrooms are there for our guests. Join us for lunch and our new breakfast. The Warming Hut has a large parking lot to drop off and a 24/7 gas pump. We accept Mastercard and Visa.

NEW THIS YEAR: BREAKFAST!!! A basic menu of eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, and waffles will start your day right. Any suggestions are appreciated.

For lunch, try out our new BURGER SLIDERS. 1/8 lb all beef burgers.

Buy-em by the plate full! Great for the kids as well.

A special Thanks to Lu, Di, and Jill, for being our backbone of the staff. We can’t keep the place going without you!
